STANDARD ROYALTY FREE MUSIC LICENSE

We have three types of Royalty Free Licenses:

1. Standart Sincronization License For films, movies, videos, documentary, slideshow audio books etc.

2. General Sincronization License For films, movies, videos, documentary, slideshow, audiobooks etc.

3. Free License For Youtube Videos

3. License for Radio, TV, Advertising, and Internet using.

You can choose which one suits you best.

General Sincronization License
The mechanical, synchronization, and performance rights granted to the Licensee by our General License includes the folowing rights to use the music hereinafter referred to as Master Recording

• the right to synchronize the Master Recording  with visual images as part of Licensee Production (use Master Recording as soundtrack);
  
• the right to embed   the Master Recording in electronic device or game, video game, software product, audio book,  greeting card, toy;
  
• the right to use Master Recording for apps and games for iOS/Android/Online
• the right to re-record, duplicate and release the Master Recording as part of  Licensee Production in whatever medium (i.e. video tape, film, CD, CD-ROM, DVD).Maximum number of copies that Licensee may make under this License is 1,000 (one thousand) copies;
• the right to publicly display (perform) Master Recording as part of Licensee Production
  
• the right to publicly display Master Recording as part Licensee Production on Web Sites, podcasts, advertising, multimedia presentations etc.

Note. To get Royalty Free Music License you must have a legal copy of the music (single track or full album). The music is legal if you have phisical audio CD or downloaded the album or single track from one of our legal mp3 distributors. We recommend:
